We run the Service from the United States. We offer it to people in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand — the Terms of Service say what that means for you, and the Privacy Policy says what it means for your information.
An adult chat site: public rooms you can walk into and read straight away, private messages, and cams. You have to be 18 or older to be here, and there is nothing to negotiate about that.
It is free. There is no subscription and no paid tier — no part of the chat is held back behind one. You can talk as a guest without creating anything, or register an account to keep your username, your friends, and your conversations between visits.
The rules are set out in the Community Guidelines — section 7 there lists everything a moderator is able to do, and nothing else is on that list.
Reports go to moderation. Some are screened automatically before a human sees them, and that automated pass only ever reads content someone has already reported — the rest of what you write is not scanned.
Uploaded images are handled separately. Every image sent here is checked against a database of known child sexual abuse material before anything is stored. A match is refused and the file is never written to our storage.

We keep what we need to run an adult chat service and to moderate it, and no more. Your personal information is not sold. The Privacy Policy names every outside company that touches it, says what each one receives, and gives the retention period for everything we hold.
What binds us is on the legal pages, written for U.S. law, and they are the authority — nothing said here changes them.
